Welcome to STILL. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to STILL, operated by Charlotte Mandrup, Trelde Næsvej 130, 7000 Fredericia, Denmark. STILL operates this store and website to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). STILL is powered by Shopify.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
STILL creates handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces from vintage textiles. Each piece is unique. Colors and appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on screen due to your device settings.
Please note that vintage textiles carry the marks of their history — small irregularities, variations in weave, and traces of use are not flaws but part of the nature and beauty of the material. These characteristics are described and shown as accurately as possible in our product listings.
All product descriptions are subject to change. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. STILL reserves the right to accept or decline your order. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation by email. As each piece is one of a kind, cancellations after order confirmation may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible at cm@charlottemandrup.com if you need to cancel.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are listed in DKK and EUR and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price at the time of ordering, as confirmed in your order confirmation. Prices do not include shipping unless otherwise stated.
You warrant that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Risk passes to you once the item is handed to the carrier.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which complies with EU consumer protection law, including the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery.

STILL is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly with STILL. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and STILL.

SECTION 11 - GOVERNING LAW
